Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto is set to continue in the success of the Ultimate Valentine’s Experience after successfully launching last year.
Quattro’s contemporary setting is enhanced by natural stone and wood elements evoking the environment of the peninsula. The restaurant’s atmosphere is one of conviviality and community, supported by the personalized hospitality of our service team and the best in Italian inspired cuisine. On the outdoor terrace, guests can dine amid the natural beauty of the Palo Alto surroundings, complemented by the relaxing sound of the water wall.
Quattro Restaurant offers a sophisticated yet playful fine dining experience. The spirit of innovation is enlivened as Executive Chef Marco Fossati transforms old recipes from Italian tradition into modern culinary masterpieces, offering a dynamic relationship between food and place, and highlighting locally farmed ingredients at the height of their season.
Quattro’s extensive wine list of more than 300 bottles features wines from around the globe with a Californian and Italian focus. In addition to more than 30 wines available by the glass, Quattro offers an opportunity for guests to choose a selection of wines available in 2, 4, or 6 ounce glasses poured from an enomatic preservation system. The bar menu features hand-crafted cocktails and barrel aged creations with a farm-to-bar focus, using local produce and craft distilled spirits whenever possible
“We’re pulling out all the stops to create an even better Valentine’s Experience than last year,” explains newly appointed Assistant Food and Beverage Director Richard Lanaud. “By featuring only the finest Bay Area provisions and importing the most exquisite delicacies, this year’s menu along with elevated ambiance promises to be a show stopper like none other!”
Scheduled for Sunday, February 14, 2016, Quattro’s Ultimate Valentine’s Experience will be sure to impress as guests enjoy a luxurious six-course tasting menu carefully curated by Executive Chef Marco Fossati. For starters, the Chef will be featuring the finest local oysters and Russian caviar. Next, guests will indulge with decadent courses highlighting uni from Santa Barbara, black Périgord truffle from France and Grade A foie gras, followed by the highest grade Mishima wagyu as the climax of the evening.
